Opened in 2021, the new Resort La Battigia Beach and Spa 4 stars, is located only 70 meters from the sea in Alcamo Marina and overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo (about 30 km from Palermo airport and about 40 km from Trapani airport); is organized on four different levels: SPA with heated pool on the lower level, outdoor pool with sun terrace and garden, private beach, restaurant, bar, reception and the common areas on the ground floor, then the rooms and suite up to the panoramic terrace that seems to want to touch the sky and the sea with a finger.A brand new refined hotel, relaxing and full of services, with an exquisite Mediterranean character: La Battigia is a 4-star resort in Alcamo overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, where indulging in relaxation and being lulled by the sea is a real pleasure.

Each room looks at the sea: all rooms are indeed equipped with a private terrace overlooking the sea where it is a pleasure to enjoy the sunset view and relax in peace listening to the sound of the waves.
The room equipment is modern and fully fitted: all rooms come with air-conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, kettle, minibar, safe, TV with SKY, telephone and private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer and vanity set. Upper category rooms also have a double terrace, coffee machine and bathrobes.

The resort’s SPA takes care of making your stay in the sea of Sicily even more exciting: a spacious, modern wellness center conceived as a real shelter of wellbeing and regeneration, both physical and mental.
Our SPA covers a surface of 260 m² and includes a rich, well-structured wellness program, with heated pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam bath, Scottish shower, chromo-therapy shower, icefall, Himalayan salt room and relaxation room.
Eventually, to complete your wellness experience, you can pamper yourself with one of the many beauty treatments or a draining, decontracting or oriental massage, for a single person or a couple, that you’ll get in one of our four massage rooms.
The resort’s SPA is accessible to adult guests as well as non-guests.

Food service is one of the resort’s flagships: a fine, genuine cuisine knows how to satisfy every need anytime of the day.
We start with breakfast, sweet or salty with local Sicilian specialties, then we continue with our snack bar, at disposal throughout the day, and the outdoor restaurant, where you can have a pleasant break with a light, quick lunch, and then our main restaurant, inside the resort, that awaits for dinner with a refined selection of Mediterranean dishes.
Accompanying you all day long, open 24 hours a day, is our cocktail bar, located next to the resort’s hall.

Our resort is located on the waterfront of Alcamo Marina, a seaside resort overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, in the province of Trapani. The center of Castellammare del Golfo is only 5 km away, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve 15 km, the Segesta Temple 20 km, Erice and San Vito Lo Capo less than 50 km away.

How to get here:
By air:Palermo Airport: it only takes 30 minutes by car to reach our resort (40 km from the airport). After leaving the airport just take A29 motorway towards Trapani, take the Alcamo exit then follow the signs for Alcamo Marina.
Trapani Airport: it only takes 40 minutes by car to reach our resort (55 km from the airport). From the airport, you take A29 motorway towards Palermo, take the Alcamo exit and then follow the signs for Alcamo Marina.
If you wish, you can reserve a private transfer to and from the airport through our reception.
By train:From Trapani or Palermo you can reach the railway station of Castellammare del Golfo and from here get to the resort by taxi or with the public bus to Alcamo Marina.
By car: From A29 Trapani – Palermo motorway take the Alcamo exit, then follow the signs for Castellammare del Golfo – Alcamo Marina. La Battigia Resort lies on the waterfront of Alcamo Marina
